Go Live: ‘We Can Survive’ Goes Off Without a Hitch

By: Amy Wolff

CBS Radio and 97.1 AMP Radio hosted their fifth annual ‘We Can Survive’ celebration this past Saturday, August 21. Each year, the organizers bring together some of the biggest names in music to celebrate breast cancer awareness at the legendary Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California.

Topping this year’s roster for the sold out event was headliner and pop sensation P!nk, followed by Khalid, Sam Hunt, Kesha, Macklemore, Alessia Cara, Harry Styles, Lorde, and Sam Smith. Each artist performed a plethora of their own personal hits, with a handful of sets back-to-back throughout the night, not missing a beat and keeping the audience thoroughly invested and entertained.
