We got to sit down and talk with the insanely talented Yoshi Flower. Below is an interview that covers the tour he’s on, new music and who he would love to work with in the music industry.
The Vinyl: For those who aren’t familiar with you, mind introducing who you are?

The Vinyl: You are currently on tour with SG Lewis/Weathan, how is that?
Yoshi Flower: HOPE IS DOPE
The Vinyl: How can you describe your music? What are some ways/techniques you have to create your sound?
Yoshi Flower: I don’t describe it. Music exists so we don’t have to describe. BUT I would describe it as honest. I use the tools closest to me, both sonically and thematically. I have made music in my bedroom, in cars, in nice studios. I have made music about friends, observations, personal struggle, jubilation and whatever comes along.
The Vinyl: What’s the story behind your recent project “American Raver”!
Yoshi Flower: I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE RAVE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND TO THE MACHINE FOR WHICH I DANCE ONE LOVER :UNDER CONTROL WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR SOME
The Vinyl: What was your writing/recording process like for your mixtape?
Yoshi Flower: Peace, love, mescaline.
The Vinyl: Anything you can share about any future endeavors or tours?
Yoshi Flower: Share my soul, meet the lovers, join the revolution, be of service.
The Vinyl: If there is any artist you can collaborate with in the future who would it be?
Yoshi Flower: Travis Scott, Kevin Parker!
