Go Live: Future Now Tour

Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato teamed up, hit the road and got Cool for the Summer, co-headlining on the Future Now Tour presented by Honda Civic. The tour spanned across the US and Canada with 46 dates and a whole lot of Bacon. We had the pleasure to attend and we did not leave disappointed! Check out our review and photos below!

Sun set as “Champagne Problems” singer Nick Jonas took the stage to a sold out crowd, kicking off the night with single “Levels” partially acapella before the band kicked in getting the crowed hyped. Jonas teamed up with DSQUARED2 for wardrobe design with different looks to compliment each set in the show. First look, zipper jeans and graphic tee, showcasing a rough edgy feel. Second, was a toned down sleek sneaker classic vibe, tide together with in-trend bomber jacket.

Set one was filled with a mix of fan-faves and singles from both debut self-titled and sophomore album Last Year Was Complicated. As well as Nick’s feature on Sage The Gemini’s “Good Thing”. Six songs in, light rigs began to take a new form. The base dropped for track “Numb” and was followed by a smooth transition into hit “Chains”, transitioning the stage for songstress Demi Lovato.

Lovato raised up from center stage in jet black, bossin’ to chart topper “Confident” flicking her new long hair back and forth, serving Demi circa 2013 with a sexy twist. Talk about body goals! Demi showed off her sexy curves in skin tight one pieces, mini jackets paired with thigh high boots. The looks were styled by Avo Yermagyan and showcased all that confidence.

Power ballads like “For You”, “Nightingale”, and “Warrior” had fans emotionally connected. In tears and wanting more from the belting beauty. Lights and lasers danced across the crowd to hits “Neon Lights” and “Heart Attack”, while new track “Body Say” left a sultry ambiance. With a white grand piano, Nick joined Demi for open letter ballad “Stone Cold” which smoothly transitioned into fiery break-up track “Chainsaw”, starting off Nick’s second set.

Guitar in hand Nick surprised fans when he went old school with Nick Jonas and the Administration track “Who I Am”, before Demi joined him duet style on Top 40 hit “Close”. With the night coming to a close Nick and Demi had a few more hits up their sleeves, encore roars brought Nicks Number 1 single “Jealous” and Demi’s summer 2015 charter “Cool for the Summer” closed the night!

When two best friends and business partners decide to join forces and hit the road, the outcome will be explosive!
