The Legendary Cypress Hill returned to the DMV on March 8th alongside Hollywood Undead, Xzibit and Demrick. After the energy filled opening from Demrick, Xzibit and Hollywood Undead, Cypress Hill took the stage. Now as you figured from a Cypress Hill show the venue instantly began to smell of some kush, but that’s expected. Not that I mind any.
The crowd was wild for Cypress Hill, don’t get me wrong the other acts did their part and gave some pretty solid performances, but not like Cypress did. Hit after hit the guys of Cypress Hill absolutely killed it. The set consisted of Band of Gypsies, Tequila Sunrise, Real Estate and of course Insane in the Brain. About halfway through the set, Mix Master Mike and Eric Bobo kept the energy alive by giving the fans an instrumental break before continuing the set with Weed Medley. The crowd kept going all night until the very end, Cypress Hill ended with LSD (Interval).
