GO LIVE: A Day to Remember kicks off their summer headlining tour in Baltimore MD!

Kicking off day one of an insane tour stacked with so much talent, A Day to Remember brings along Beartooth and Bad Omens for the ride. And what a better way to start a tour at the amazing waterfront venue, Pier Six Pavilion in the heart of Baltimore Maryland.

Opening up the night was the some-what local Richmond based band Bad Omens, these guys have had such amazing growth from the last time I saw them live. The energy was top notch and really connected to the fans and got the ball rolling on this tour. Front man Noah Sebastian into the second song with his Bad Omens ski mask on and gave his all on this hot summer night. The band performed a slew of songs ranging from older material and a few songs from the newer record that was dropped earlier this year, that record being The Death of Peace of Mind.

Up next was Beartooth. They are not new to the music scenes and I can definitely say there were some pretty die hard Beartooth fans in the crowd. From the moment the guys took the stage to the moment Front Man Caleb Shomo decided to join the crowd for an insane guitar solo with the crowd moshing around him. Beartooth treated fans to a ten song setlist consisting of older and newer material such as the live debut of Riptide.

And last but not least, it was time for the main event. The giant curtain covered the stage and the crowd started to chant “A-D-T-R”, once the curtain dropped the riff of The Downfall of Us All started to place and the crowd went absolutely wild. I have seen A Day to Remember so many times I don’t think you can count on one hand. Every time I see them I feel as if they get better and better, I guess the saying about aging like fine wine is true. These guys always pull out all the stops when it comes to performing. The production is always top notch, the music always sounds good and the amount of joy they bring to their fans faces is simply pure. Plus, who doesn’t love a good concert when the band throws massive beach balls in the crowd.

The setlist A Day to Remember treated the fans to on the first night of tour consisted of a total of sixteen songs, that’s not even including the four song encore the guys came out to perform after ending their set with Resentment. Also note A Day to Remember didn’t just play the old jams from earlier in their discography, they even made the live debut of Miracle apart of the setlist.
