We do not allow any returns, unless there is damage during shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
If goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective you must notify us within 5 days of the date of delivery by email. You must first file a complaint with USPS and forward the statement by fax or email.
The goods may then be returned for an exchange or a refund. If the goods are found not to be defective and in full working order, they will be returned to you and you will then be charged for any administration and return carriage costs.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
Prior to returning ANY order, you MUST email our Returns Department and obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER for your order. It will be sent to you by email, you must print it out and put it in the package along with your return order.
Returns consisting of multiple packages need the return authorization number clearly stated on each package. It is essential that your order be returned in the same method it was sent and to please ensure adequate shipping insurance with your return. Our Returns Department operates Monday - Friday between 10am - 5pm. Any return not complying with these terms will be rejected.
RETURNS ADDRESS
Once you submit a request for a return and are given a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER you will obtain our returns address in the same email. |
